Returns Policy

We want to make sure that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we will gladly accept returns on all items (except those marked as final sale OR pieces in the Memorial Collection*) within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (not including shipping costs). Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged.  

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@leapof8.com to notify us of your return and we will email you instructions. Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 days for processing the refund.

*Pieces in the Memorial Collection are highly customized and entail a great deal of artistic flexibility, therefore we are unable to make returns/refunds on pieces within this Collection.
